The majority of Research at Universities need to be funded by
the government again. Right now the majority of Research at
Universities is funded by Companies, Organisations and Lobby
Organisations. This influences the outcome of the research,
especially when students and researchers aim for a career in
research. The risk of the outcome of research being rigged
increases with research funded by Companies, Organisations and
Lobby Organisations. This is why the Party Against AI aims to
make it mandatory that in all research it needs to be made
clear which party funded the research. The Party Against AI
also aims that the majority of research should be funded by
the government to ensure unbiased, independent, creative and
innovative research. While there is more profit and career
potential in externally funded research, the risk for
influence and bias is too high for independent research to be
abolished. This is why the Party Against AI aims to stimulate
independent research by government funding.

Fair use, Abuse and Ownership. The Party Against AI considers
the Right to Repair a great right and is against waste.
Reverse engineering and repairing products should not void
warranties and should not be made illegal, The Party Against
AI considers such practices abuse of Copyright Laws. An owner
of a product, be it a car, a farm vehicle, a computer, a
phone, a software application, a tool or regardless what
product, should retain the right to repair his or her own
product. The Party Against AI embraces Copyright Laws and
ownership. Blatantly copying products and content other than
Fair Use is and should stay illegal. This includes for
instance audio tracks. Practices as done by Spotify recently
where all content uploaded to it is forcibly used for its AI
to be fed, should be illegal. The same applies for Microsoft,
Alphabet (Google), Apple, Meta (Facebook, Whatsapp, LinkedIn)
and Adobe. Content uploaded on personal devices or their cloud
service should never be used for AI purposes, Profiling,
Advertisement or other sub uses other than when uploaded by
the creator/owner for that explicit goal. Services and
Products where AI purposes, Profiling, Advertisement are part
of its main goals should clearly advertise so. Services and
products where AI purposes, Profiling, Advertisement are not
part of its main goals should be either Opt In with no
difference to its main goals and clearly be advertised so or
be illegal. The Party Against AI considers the digital
passport, data, browsing history and alike as Digital Identity
and considers misuse of that data Identity Theft.

LinkedIn) openly admit to using our data for advertisement
purposes. Indirectly the former mentioned companies also use
our data for profiling and AI purposes. While the Party
Against AI considers the use of this data for advertisement
purposes already as undesirable, where it influences us in
what we buy, and the Party Against AI intends to make this
illegal without consent, the Party Against AI considers the
use for profiling and AI purposes outright dangerous and
disastrous. Profiling and AI purposes goes beyond the purposes
of influencing people to buy stuff, this goes into influencing
how people vote, act and influences the perspective on moral
and ethical dilemmas. It is a small step removed from only
receiving targeted search results on queries or targeted posts
on social media, polarising people. The control of such
influencing has too much of an impact to be controlled
regardless. The Party Against AI aims for full removal of the
ability to engage in such influencing by returning ownership
of the Digital Identity by its rightful owner and in the short
term to fracture the data that no bulk of this Digital
Identity can be in the hands of a few big entities like
Microsoft, Alphabet (Google), Apple and Meta (Facebook,
Whatsapp, LinkedIn) or alike.
